We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lagokefalo. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, downloadable digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us through our website.
